About Venture EPoS
The driving force behind Venture EPoS is you! The founders of Venture have worked in the industry, on both sides of the fence, for well over 15 years, so we have a unique understanding of what our customers may have experienced with other EPoS companies. And it is why Venture exists. When working for previous companies’ time and time again we had to let customers down or fall short on what was promised.
However! One day we had an epiphany! We thought … “Hang on we could do this better ourselves!” So, we did and Venture EPoS was born with the customer experience at the heart of everything we do.
Tom Harvey
GROUP OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Tom has many years of experience within the technology industry but also has a vast experience of hospitality from both sides of the bar! His talent for software programming and problem solving is one of Ventures greatest assets. It’s rare to find someone with technical savvy who can communicate things easily to customers, but Tom does this with ease and is a firm favourite with all the Venturian’s (our customers) Being a Buffalo Bills and Guiseley AFC fanatic is a unique blend but that’s what we’re all about here at Venture EPoS.
David Delves
GROUP SALES DIRECTOR
David began his career in hospitality, gaining extensive experience in roles from commis chef to front-of-house management. Transitioning naturally into Hospitality Technology sales, his customer service skills have helped shape Venture into a customer-focused business. David, known for his love of the unusual, drives a lime green Honda E (The Venture Bus) around Harrogate in gold Cuban-heeled boots. He’s also a Man Utd fan, but don’t hold that against him.
